Marriage and Baptism Policy

MARRIAGE
THE FOLLOWING IS THE POLICY OF ST. MICHAEL’S CHURCH REGARDING THE SACRAMENT OF MATRIMONY:

Those seeking to be married here at St. Michael’s Church must meet one of the following criteria:

~ Live within the boundaries of St. Michael’s Church
~Are the child of active parishioners (who have been active parishioners for at least eighteen months).
~Are a registered parishioner for at least eighteen months before calling to make arrangements to be married here.

NO WEDDINGS WILL TAKE PLACE HERE AT ST. MICHAEL’S CHURCH ON DECEMBER 31ST OR ANY OTHER MAJOR HOLIDAY. THE ABOVE GUIDE IS OUR POLICY.  THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.  WE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU MAY HAVE CERTAIN WISHES WHICH WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE.

BAPTISM
Your baby’s Baptism is a time for celebration and joy.  And, naturally, you want to plan and prepare for the Baptism in the best possible way.  One of the ways we can best do this is through our Baptismal class.

Classes are held on the third Thursday of every month, from 7:00-8:00 PM in our Lower Church.  You must register to attend by calling Lauren at 732-222-8080, Ext. 11.
